Richard McKinlay - Director & Personal Trainer
Richard is a very enthusiastic person who enjoys spending time with his 3 year old son, Riley and catching up with friends and family. He has always been into exercise, and has played a wide range of sports before settling down with Athletics, which he competed in Decathlon (10 events in 2 days) and his best achievement in this being a National Title. He has now developed a passion in Mountain biking, running and multisport events and has competed in a number of races in the past few years. He has a goal to complete the Speight’s Coast to Coast longest day.

Rachel van Gorp - Director, Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer
Rachel is married with two adult Children, born and bred in Dunedin. After spending 15 years working in the Bank, she decided to retrain and follow her passion for helping and motivating people to achieve their goals.
Now she has spent the last 8 years working as Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. She enjoys running long distances, cycling, weights and now the new craze Zumba®.

Chris Keogh - Personal Trainer
Chris developed his passion for health and fitness 2 years ago when he entered his first triathlon a sprint distance triathlon comprising a 750M swim, 20km bike ride and a 5km run. Since that day Chris has taken the podium for various distances in the sport including a 3rd in Ashburton’s Rolf Prima Half Ironman, and first age grouper in Challenge Wanaka (Full Iron distance race) a 3.8km swim, 180km bike finished off with a marathon run.
