What is Personal Training?
Personal Training is when you engage in a professional relationship with a trainer to help you achieve your goals e.g. weight loss, decrease blood pressure, increase strength and much more. The Personal Trainer will be able to provide a safe and enjoyable exercise regime to help improve your health and make everyday life much easier. Your Personal Trainer will also be able to help educate you on creating good habits in your lifestyle being, good eating, getting enough sleep, and stress relief. All this will help you improve your health and also give you more energy.
How to choose the right Personal Trainer for you?
You may have had a Personal Trainer before and they didn’t help you at all, this doesn’t mean that the next Personal Trainer is going to be like that. It helps to create a comfortable and trust worthy relationship with your Personal Trainer, if you do not click you may not reach your goals. If you feel you are not connecting with your Personal Trainer you may need to try find a new one.

How often should you see a Personal Trainer?
This will all depend on your goals and how much you are willing to invest into your training.
Clients will achieve better results if they see their Personal Trainer on a regular basis, most people will see their Personal Trainer 1 -3 times per week.
Team Shape up:
This is a 6 week exercise programme which is great value for money. You will receive 3 x 1 hour training sessions in a group each week with a Personal Trainer, that’s 18 sessions in total! There will be initial and final assessments so you then can measure and celebrate your success.
All the sessions are designed to help you to achieve your goals, and improve your assessment scores over the 6 week period. During each session you will be challenged in your aerobic fitness and muscular strength, this will be done in a full body workout whether it is inside or outside.
We can cater for any goal that is wanted to be achieved; for example, reduce body fat, increase fitness, bulk up, and even more specific goals (to complete a half-marathon). So if a group of your friends are keen to train together, come and talk to us today.

Sessions will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am OR 6pm (two groups) :)
Our Corporate Training programme is similar to our 6 week 'TEAM SHAPE UP' programme, except that we will design a team exercise programme specifically for you and your work mates.
During the Corporate Training programme the team will complete some “testing” (start and end) so that we can measure your success over the training period.
The sessions in between (testing), the team will be pushed to new limits, provided with some new challenges to help increase the health and fitness levels of the people involved. We can provide a tailored programme for your work place:
- 6–12 week programmes.
- Indoor or outdoor sessions.
- Different testing sessions – depending on what area you want to target.
- All sessions will be designed using a variety of exercises and techniques.
