ABSolute Bootcamp

Next round starts - During the winter we will take a break, and we will kick back into it in September :) 

In the meantime, if you want to work out a way to keep motivated during the winter, get in contact with us and we can work out the right solution for you. 


  • Bootcamp runs for 6 weeks 

  • $100 lump sum or $22.50 per week
    (Can't make it to them all, $12 per session casual price)

  • All outdoors (unless weather is really bad, then will be at ABSolute)

  • Workouts for all levels – Any part of the session can be modified for injury or fitness level, you just need to let me know

  • We will do exercise testing at the beginning and end, to measure your progress



What to bring along:

Drink bottle, Towel (optional – we will be lying on the ground), Jacket/hat if raining or cold


Where to meet:

  • Kettle park – Moana Rua Rd at the Dunedin rugby club

  • Jacobs ladder – Valpy St at bottom of the stairs

  • Esplanade – Forbury Rd by the Shark bell

  • St Kilda beach – John Wilson Dr by the Surf club

  • Tahuna park – Victoria Rd by the pedestrian crossing by Tahuna school

  • Bayfield – Shore St in the carpark by the inlet

* Mon, Wed 6:00am & Sat 8:30am


* Mon, Wed 5:30pm & Sat 8:30am
