Chris has been working in the fitness industry since graduating from Otago Polytechnic in 2013. In those 5 years, he has gathered a vast knowledge in different sporting disciplines.
Having coached powerlifting clients at an international level, as well as taking several beginner runners all the way from their first 1/2 marathon all the way to an ultra marathon. Chris believes there is no goal too big.
Chris's passion now lies in distance running - the marathon and beyond.
His training style is aimed at long-term planning for health & longevity. Achieving smaller goals each step of the way in order to complete a larger challenge.
