Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.

 

ABSFIIT

A class designed to increase your strength, conditioning and explosiveness. This is done with a mix of high-intensity aerobic exercises, body weight exercises, as well as a focus on ballistic strength exercises with things like kettlebells, medicine balls and power bags.

Cycle pursuit

This indoor cycle class will offer you a range of different challenges including hill climbs, sprints and more. Together these challenges create a high intensity, low impact, calorie-burning session that will have you shedding body fat, increasing your fitness, while toning and strengthening your legs.

Step

Battle

Our boxing class will help to increase your fitness and strength while striking and punching the mitts. Mixed with body weight exercises to help tone up and have a great time doing so!

Define

Often known as Pump, in this class you will be using hand weights and a barbell to provide resistance to define your muscles. Feel the “burn” while you increase your overall strength. This workout is broken down to target each muscle group individually during the class.

Yoga

Core and Mobilitiy

This gives you bang for your buck and a nice strong middle from a mixture of core exercises, and flexibility exercises to help your body move freely.

Fit for the ages

If you would like to improve your mobility, health and feel better in your body. This low impact and low intensity class is for you. Using a combination of light free weights, core, and balance exercises. With important factors like cardio and stretching! Come improve your fitness in a fun, sociable environment.

Zumba®

 

You step up, around and down from the step in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. Step aerobics moves range from easy to advanced. 

This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, agility and injury prevention. We also focus on correct breathing and core strength. This sort of training results in a strong, balanced body and mind.

Zumba is a dance workout in an energetic environment, which is paired with fun, Latin-inspired music. This is a great class to raise your heart rate and get your body moving with a group of sociable like-minded people.
