Through being a competitive swimmer for many years Kieran has gained skills in team building, leadership, nutrition and has a well rounded knowledge in training and coaching.
After completing a Bachelors of Applied Science of Physical Activity in Health & Wellness he has continued learning and applying his knowledge.
Kieran works with clients individually or in groups to help them achieve their specific goals and reach their full potential. He develops a structured program that will push clients to their limits and gives encouragement and constructive feedback along the way.
He really enjoys seeing people changing their life for the better, putting the hard work in and out of the gym, so they can enjoy life's journey and feel better about themselves.
