My name is Krystal, and I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
I first fell in love with exercise 4 years ago and quickly realised I wanted to share this passion with others by becoming a personal trainer.
The physical aspects of exercise is what first drew me in, but the mental benefits is what kept me sticking with it! Helping people feel better inside and outside is my ultimate goal, and I thrive off growing peoples confidence and knowledge of exercise.
My training focuses are strength and resistance training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), circuit training and pre/ postpartum. I also absolutely love group fitness!
