I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer. My journey started off a little differently to others as my background is in the hospitality and beauty industry.
I got into the industry by joining a gym and worked with a Personal Trainer for 2 years of that time. I loved being in the gym environment and achieving my goals. I believe having a Personal Trainer’s support was a key part to my success.
Following these experiences, I realised I would love to help people in similar ways, so I decided to make a change and went back to study in 2019. After completing a Certificate in Exercise Level 4 I continued on to study a Certificate in Exercise Level 5. I further developed my knowledge and love of the fitness industry.
I am determined to support and push any client to achieve their goals. It’s important to have the knowledge, tools and support and this is where I can help!
